He just said: "Good, we have a patient for you. Follow me. I hope you've treated dwarves before." Robert had in fact never treated dwarves before, but when he examined the gnomish woman - her hairy goblin companion silently watching his every move - he found that they were very similar to humans, be it smaller of course. Ransil the Solder, FAP part 7Ransil kneeled beside the bed of Ansi. He probably should be happy that at least she and Duggan still lived, when Fensil and Fjorli were dead. However seeing her there on the bed - knowing that her life still hung by a thread and nobody could do anything about it - made him feel a sadness that not even beer could dull. And he hadn't even had any beer yet. Ansi was a pretty girl, too pretty to endure the wounds she suffered in the fight and too young too. She was a gnome. Gnomes were made for craftsmanship, art, crazy plans and the best biscuits the world had to offer (at least Ansi's mom Drüsel made those). Gnomes weren't made for battleRansil the Solder, FAP part 7
